Roger is program director at Ithaka S+R. There, he leads strategic consulting, surveys, and other research projects, designed for academic libraries, publishers, and scholarly societies. He is also a board member for the Center for Research Libraries. Previously, Roger was a research associate at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. He received degrees in library and information science from Syracuse University and in English Literature from Yale University.
